Due to the curated, gift-ready nature of Hal-o Gifts & Goods items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift boxes or individual items unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damages & Issues  
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue in your message.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Due to the curated and gift-ready nature of our products, all Hal-o Gifts & Goods gift boxes are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect recipient details, or delayed delivery once an order has shipped.

Refunds or replacements are only considered in cases of damaged items or fulfillment errors reported within 48 hours of delivery and may require photo documentation.

Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an issue is approved, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution.
